There are two ways to use ZestMoney:

  • You can sign up on our website and find out your credit limit. Click here to get started.
  • Alternatively, you can apply for a ZestMoney account from the checkout at one of our partner merchants – you can see the partner merchants.

In both cases, we will need a few basic details about you (including your employment details and income proof). Using this information, a risk analysis is performed and you will find out immediately if you have been approved.

Yes. Once you register on ZestMoney and upload your documents, an approved credit limit will be given to you on final approval. The amount you spend on EMI must be within that limit.

To use ZestMoney, you must be over 18 years of age and under 65 years. You must be Indian resident and have a bank account, PAN card & Aadhaar card. A credit card is not mandatory.

In a very small amount of cases, an application will be declined after making the down payment. This is usually because the customer did not have the required documents or put wrong information on the original application form.

In case your application is declined after the document check, we will initiate the complete refund (without any fees/charges) within 24-48 hours. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.

NACH/eNACH Mandate is payment services that allow us to easily automate recurring payments. Hence, your monthly EMIs will be automatically collected from your bank on the due date. This setup will help you pay your EMIs on time!

No. You can repay all or some of your outstanding balance at any time without penalty. The amount you repay will depend on the date of the month. Please call our helpline at 9343422556, and we will help you sort it out.
