In case of either partial or full cancellation of the order concerned leading to refund, the refunded amount will be reduced from the outstanding loan amount of the customer with ZestMoney. Any amount deducted before a refund will continue to be under the loan amount. In case Zero Cost EMI was applicable at the time of order, it will continue to apply to the remaining outstanding amount.
