1. There are two types of contests. Weekly lucky draw and Bumper Prize.
2. For the weekly lucky draw, Customers with a minimum transaction amount of INR 5,000(per loan) will be eligible for the prizes of INR 10,000, INR 5,000 & INR 3,000 Gift vouchers for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes respectively. Transactions done between 16-25 October will be eligible for the weekly lucky draw.
3. For Bumper Prize, Customers with a minimum loan amount of INR 25,000 (aggregate) and 2 or more loans during the period of 16th Oct to 14th Nov 2020 are eligible for a Cashback of INR 30,000, INR 20,000 & INR 10,000 for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes respectively.
4. The offer is valid only for transactions made through the ZestMoney EMI payment option.
5. The offer is not available on a Personal Loan, Edtech loan, and E-bike loan.
6. Offer is only valid for customers who have not been late in their EMI repayment for more than 30 days.
7. The bumper prize money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account once winners are announced after the contest period and the weekly prize voucher will be mailed once winners are announced.
8. The offer is not valid in case the person prepay’s or closes the loan prior to 2 full EMI repayments cycles as per the loan schedule mentioned in the contract.

10. In case of either partial or full cancellation of the order concerned leading to refund, the refunded amount will be reduced from the outstanding loan amount of the customer with ZestMoney. Any amount deducted before a refund will continue to be under the loan amount. In case Zero Cost EMI was applicable at the time of order, it will continue to apply to the remaining outstanding amount.

13. All purchases made by the customer shall be governed by the standard Terms and Conditions (subject to changes), which includes without limitation User Agreement, Privacy Policy, or any other product/service-related terms and conditions appearing on the website.
14. ZestMoney reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that ZestMoney’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the ZestMoney system. You agree that ZestMoney is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to You.
15. All the queries related to discount/cashback will be resolved in 10-15 working days, post the campaign end date.
