1. The offer is valid only for transactions made through the ZestMoney EMI payment option on select stores mentioned above.
2. Offer is only valid for customers who will not be late in their EMI repayment for more than 7 days.
3. The cashback will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account after their 3rd on-time EMI repayment ( 2nd EMI payment in case of two-month loans).
4. Cashback will be credited to the bank account linked to the auto-debit mandate.
5. Offer valid from 17th February to 27th March, 2021.
6. In case of either partial or full cancellation of the order concerned leading to refund, the refunded amount will be reduced from the outstanding loan amount of the customer with ZestMoney. Any amount deducted before a refund will continue to be under the loan amount. In case Zero Cost EMI was applicable at the time of order, it will continue to apply to the remaining outstanding amount.

9. All purchases made by the customer shall be governed by the standard Terms and Conditions (subject to changes), which includes without limitation User Agreement, Privacy Policy, or any other product/service-related terms and conditions appearing on the website.
10. ZestMoney reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. Further, you acknowledge that ZestMoney’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the ZestMoney system. You agree that ZestMoney is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to You.
11. All the queries related to discount/cashback will be resolved in 10-15 working days, post the campaign end date.
